Returns & Refunds policy

Returns Window:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition they were received.

Conditions for Returns:

To qualify for a return:

• Products must be sealed
• Products must be unopened and unused
• Items must be returned in the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened trading card products
• Tampered or damaged sealed products

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged in Transit:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

• The shipping box
• Packaging materials
• The damaged item

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Refund Processing:

Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after delivery.
